
Patricia M. Rugari is the COO, CCO, and General Manager of Adirondack Financial Services. Patricia plans and directs all aspects of the firm's operational policies, objectives and initiatives. She is directly responsible for formulating our financial policy and planning as well as budgeting and ensuring the effectiveness of all financial functions. Patricia is also responsible for compliance policy and reporting. She directs our compliance programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to these responsibilities, Patricia also designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health programs.
Patricia has over 15 years of Financial Services and Banking experience. For the past 12 years she was employed by Bank of America and its predecessor banks, 10 years of which was spent in the Private Wealth Management Division. She was actively involved with the Bank of America Foundation as well as Team Bank of America. She holds her series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as well as her Life, Accident, and Health license. Patricia currently resides in Deerfield with her husband and their three sons.
