Karen Madden is the Business Development Manager at Adirondack Financial Services. She is a key member of the AFS Executive Team and provides the firm with direction on client communication, firm branding as well as overall assistance in the development of client relationships. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Karen has a keen focus on the needs of the client and works closely with each division to ensure that Adirondack Financial Services' core competencies are communicated in each step of the client relationship.
Karen graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial Labor Relations and earned her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Rutgers University. She also holds her Life, Accident, and Health license. Karen is active in the community, previously serving in a leadership capacity on the United Way of Greater Utica Campaign Cabinet, as well as New Horizons Board of Directors. Karen is a current Board Member of the Stanley Center for the Arts and the Utica Lady Knicks.
