Bill Kline is President of the Employee Benefits and Qualified Retirement Plans Divisions. Bill has over 22 years of experience in the insurance and investment industries and has concentrated his career on providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Throughout his career, Bill has developed expertise and prudent processes in the areas of Employee Group Benefits, Executive Benefits, and Qualified Retirement Plans Compliance. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2000. Additionally, Bill has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals(c), on numerous occasions throughout his career and has earned the distinction of qualifying for the Top of the Table.
Bill is a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative and holds his Series 6, 7, 63, 65, & 26 Securities Licenses as well as his Life, Accident & Health License to offer Insurance and Annuities in several states.
As a resident of Whitesboro, Bill believes in giving back to the community that has served him well. He is active in the community and serves on many local boards and committees including Boy Scouts of America, St Elizabeth's Hospital, the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of Greater Utica, Utica Industrial Development Corp., Mohawk Valley Builders Exchange, and the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
